Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond simply opening the package to inspect the product
Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened and used. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the return process.
Two Types of Return Scenarios
We distinguish between two types of return situations, and the way we handle each is different. Please read carefully to understand which scenario applies to you.
Scenario 1: Customer Remorse (Changed Your Mind)
If you simply changed your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong item:
- Return shipping cost: Free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Restocking fee: None. We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Refund amount: The full purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
- Condition requirement: The item must be unused and in its original packaging as described above.
Scenario 2: Defective or Damaged Product
If your product arrives defective, damaged during transit, or does not match what you ordered:
- Return shipping cost: Free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Restocking fee: None.
- Refund amount: The full purchase price will be refunded, including any shipping costs you paid (if applicable).
- Condition requirement: You must notify us of the defect or damage within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Photos of the defect or damage may be requested to help us resolve your issue promptly.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our eligibility requirements:
- We will process your refund within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned package.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used to place the order).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened and used (beyond simple inspection)
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery
