Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed.
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–6 business days. The table below summarizes the complete timeline from order placement to delivery:

Example: If you place an order on Monday before 2:00 PM CST, your order will ship on Tuesday and arrive between Thursday and Tuesday of the following week.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Shipments are dispatched via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your shipping address and package weight. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States. There are no hidden shipping fees—the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, please understand that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, high package volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
